Hubei Jihui Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. Was founded in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China, in 2006 and relocated its manufacturing base to Yichang, Hubei Province in 2015. The company is a professional manufacturer specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of thermal protectors, temperature controllers, bimetal thermostats, motor protectors, and customized thermal protection solutions.
Since its establishment, Jihui has focused on one core business: Providing reliable overheat protection and temperature-control components for electrical equipment. With nearly two decades of manufacturing experience, the company has built strong capabilities in product development, automated production, quality control, and international customer service.
Jihui operates with fixed assets exceeding RMB 50 million and a manufacturing area of more than 13, 000 square meters. Our factory is equipped with advanced production technologies, automatic and semi-automatic equipment, testing instruments, and quality-control facilities introduced from both domestic and international sources. These products are widely used in electric motors, water pumps, fans, vacuum cleaners, transformers, heating pads, kitchen appliances, power tools, battery-related equipment, household appliances, industrial electrical equipment, and other temperature-sensitive applications. By monitoring abnormal temperature rise, our products help reduce the risk of overheating, motor winding damage, insulation failure, and premature equipment failure.
Jihui provides thermal protection products with different action temperatures, reset characteristics, current ratings, contact types, wire materials, terminal structures, housing designs, and installation methods. Depending on the application, customers can select normally closed or normally open designs, automatic-reset thermal protectors, bimetal thermostats, high-current temperature switches, motor overload protectors, and other suitable configurations.
In addition to standard models, we provide customized development services based on customer drawings, samples, technical specifications, and application requirements. Customization may include action temperature, rated current, wire length, lead direction, terminal type, housing material, product marking, packaging, and other special requirements. Our technical team works closely with customers to understand their equipment structure, operating temperature, electrical load, installation position, and safety requirements before recommending an appropriate solution.
